I wanted to start off by thanking you for your effort and support over the last year.  I feel we would not have been able to accomplish what we did without your assistance and support.  I also wanted to let you know as result of your actions we will be launching our full time RAPP team on Tuesday 03-19-13. This team is dedicated to reducing Retail Theft, and working with you through the challenges your respective businesses face.  This team will work Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 8pm. What we are asking from our retail partners is that if you have active an crew in your store to call us in a timely manner (702-406-7728).  If you have suspects that need follow up contact us via our email address RAPP@LVMPD.COM or call us. Our plan is to put together the cases each Tuesday and then go find the suspects on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We also be working in the field on these days similar to what we did last year.  When we apprehend one of your suspects we will advise you when they are in custody.
